Liposuction Eliminates Pockets of Unwanted Fat

Short incisions are made in natural body creases and in discreet locations, where possible, to minimize the appearance of scars. Your surgeon then uses a cannula, a small tube device with suction technology, to remove the fat.

Liposuction Post-op and Recovery

Temporary discomfort, bruising and swelling are normal following Liposuction. These symptoms usually subside within a few days or weeks. Most patients wear a compression garment for a few weeks to help shape the new contours, provide support and minimize swelling. Dr. Gunn or Dr. Hedden will give you complete instructions on post-operative care.

You should see an improvement in your body shape soon after your Liposuction procedure. Your full results may not become apparent for up to 6 weeks as swelling subsides and your new contour is revealed.
